Current status

  • CSV export: in progress

  • Scheduled reports: not supported

  • APIs for analytics export: not available

    • Only ingestion APIs for third party interactions are supported today

CSV export: what to expect

When CSV export is released, it will reflect the active filters on your dashboard.

Scope

  • Kiosk analytics: Sessions, Meaningful sessions, Avg. interactions per meaningful session, Avg. dwell time, Conversion rate, Conversion amount, Total content viewed, Bounce rate, Most viewed content

  • Camera analytics: Total People, People now is not exported, Busiest time, High, Entries and Exits when line tracking is configured

  • Linked kiosk metric: Kiosk Engagement Rate where a zone is linked to a kiosk

Columns

  • Context: organisation, country, location, device type, device or camera ID, optional zone name, experience, campaign

  • Time: date or date-time depending on the view

  • Metrics: the values listed under scope above

Notes

  • Metrics are session based

  • Cameras do not backfill when offline

  • Analytics use UTC time

How exporting will work

  1. Open the relevant dashboard or device view

  2. Set Experience, Time range, Campaigns, Countries, Locations, Deployment Type

  3. Click Export: CSV

  4. The file downloads with results for your current filter set

The CSV will not include a filter header or timezone banner. Record your filter context in the file name for clarity.

Scheduling reports

  • Not supported

  • No email, Slack, or webhook delivery

  • Use manual exports as needed

Permissions

  • Admins: can export from any permitted view

  • Managers: can export within assigned countries

  • Viewers: no export rights

Best practices

  • Name exports with context: uk-retail_week-33_experience-diesoon_utc.csv

  • Keep the same time range across exports when comparing periods

  • For store comparisons, normalise outside the tool by open hours, m², or staff count if you do not have the in-product normalisation option

  • Pair camera CSVs with kiosk CSVs to analyse attraction versus interaction

Troubleshooting

  • Export button missing: feature is still rolling out or you lack permission

  • Empty CSV: check your filters and date range include data

  • Unexpected counts: remember that cameras are not backfilled during offline periods

  • Timezone confusion: analytics are in UTC; convert in your BI tool if needed

Roadmap

  • CSV export for all analytics views

  • Optional filter header in the CSV

  • Scheduled email reports on a daily or weekly cadence

  • Chart image export for presentations
