Freshness and timezone

  • Freshness: near real-time. Each dashboard refresh runs fresh database queries.

    • Kiosks: events queue offline and upload when online. Each session has a unique ID and is deduped on insert.

    • Cameras: no backfill when offline.

  • Timezone: analytics use UTC/server time.

Access scope

Cards reflect the data you are allowed to see: Admins have global access, Managers and Viewers are country scoped. Location access follows country permissions.
